Origins
The Theory of Constraints for Education (TOCfE) was founded in 1995 by the late Dr Eliyahu Goldratt (1947-2011) with the goal to spread the logic based thinking and communication tools and common sense methodologies of TOC to all who educate in order to leave behind a better world.
Theory of Constraints (TOC) is a methodology to logically identify and overcome key limitations that prevent a person, organisation or system from achieving its goal.
Growing Success
TOC for Education is a global organisation:
- established in 24 countries on 6 continents
- with 250,000+ educators, trained through TOCfE seminars and workshops
- 50,000+ classrooms
- 8,000,000+ children
- and now in Australia
The impact is even deeper as educators interact with colleagues in their organisations, with parents and the community to bring the thinking processes into day-to-day use.
